The Complete Precision Machining Solution


To complement our broad range of manufacturing disciplines Ferrositi also offers a bespoke design service. This allows our clients to bring their initial ideas to life all under one roof whilst being project managed by one of our skilled and dedicated team in the order outlined below.

  • Once we fully understand your brief, we will then work on an initial design that incorporates all the customers’ needs in terms of materials, functionality and budget.
  • Following design approval the prototype will then be handed over for manufacturing where we put our CNC machining experience and programming software to use to create all the parts required for assembly.
  • Once parts have been inspected and then assembled testing can take place to ensure the product works to and beyond our clients original brief.

CNC milling

We have the capacity to programme and offer the precision machining of very large components up to five tonnes in mass, using a wide range of material and always maintaining optimum engineering tolerances.


We use industry-leading Delcam programming software to mill complex 3D parts direct from any format of customer model, minimising cost and production time.

CNC turning

We can take your small batch prototypes and transform them into highly complex shapes from all sizes of material, ranging from 10 millimetres in diameter at one end of the scale to items of up to 3 metres long at the other.


For higher volume turned parts, we put our production Mazak Lathe through its paces. We used this recently to fulfil an order for some 12,000 identical parts.

We can take care of large, heavy structures up to five tonnes, alongside parts as light as a single kilogramme. We’re comfortable welding and fabricating stainless steels and aluminium, as well as mild steel.
